Core labour standards e decent work: un bilancio delle più recenti strategie dell’OIL

CORE LABOUR STANDARDS AND DECENT WORK: AN ASSESSMENT OF THE MOST RE- CENT STRATEGIES OF THE ILO. The essay analyses the most recent ILO’s strategies to fight against the negative effects of globalization on workers’ rights, i.e. core labour standards and decent work. After a brief description of the contents of these strategies, the authors try to assess their concrete implementation within the domestic legal systems of the Member States, pointing out their fundamental importance for the future development of international labour law.
