Abstract
The paper studies the exotic elements present in the poems written for children by the painter Toti Scialoja (1914-1998), analysing in particular his techniques of nonsense and his sophisticated plays on sound. The exotic is in Scialoja’s case a door opening towards imaginary worlds, a seminal key both for children and adults for interpreting reality without paying lip service to stereotypes.File in questo prodotto:
