Fe62.5Co6Ni7.5Zr6Nb2Cu1B15 metallic glass was prepared by one-roll melt-spinning. Some samples were annealed for 1h at selected temperatures and then submitted to Differential Thermal Analysis to evaluate the effect of the annealing temperature (Ta) on the glass structure. Experimental results suggest that both Topological and Chemical Short Range Ordering (TSRO and CSRO) start above 300C. TSRO actually occurs at Ta 6 340C. At higher Ta CSRO and, in the glass transformation range, glass in glass phase separation do occur, depending on the annealing time and temperature.
