This paper is concerned with a set of synchronous buses, designed to support a multiprocessor system oriented to image processing. In particular, after a detailed description of the characteristics of the system (two different protocols have been defined, the first for a word by word transfer, the second for a transfer of blocks of data) we are faced with a detailed analysis of its performance (made through simulation). © 1987.
