THE DE FRANCISCI CASE: THE WRITINGS FROM PRORA CONTRO VENTO. This article analyzes the journalistic writings collected by Pietro de Francisci in the work "Prora contro vento" and published between the 1950s and 1960s. Studying these texts helps understand the speculative evolution of a famous jurist who had joined Fascism and was a leading figure in its movement; it allows to identify the roots of the Italian political Right’s thinking after World War II; it helps clarify the various reasons that drove numerous lawyers to join the regime.
