The paper addresses the relationship between ontological metaphysics and deconstruction, drawing on the essays by L. Samonà and M. Vergani to propose an epistemological alternative focused on the difference between observation and world, as well as between first- and second-order observation. In this way, the metaphysical and deconstructionist modes of observation are outlined, differentiating them by their respective approaches to the idea of the irreducible plurality of observers – a necessity imposed by the complexity of contemporary society (Luhmann). The conclusion hints at the opportunity for philosophy to also embrace the idea of inscribing its own mode of observation within the paradox of the world.

Abstract
The paper addresses the relationship between ontological metaphysics and deconstruction, drawing on the essays by L. Samonà and M. Vergani to propose an epistemological alternative focused on the difference between observation and world, as well as between first- and second-order observation. In this way, the metaphysical and deconstructionist modes of observation are outlined, differentiating them by their respective approaches to the idea of the irreducible plurality of observers – a necessity imposed by the complexity of contemporary society (Luhmann). The conclusion hints at the opportunity for philosophy to also embrace the idea of inscribing its own mode of observation within the paradox of the world.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione
