Liver cancer represents a significant global health challenge, with poor survival rates emphasizing the critical need for innovative therapeutic strategies. Chromatin regulators, including mSWI/SNF and Polycomb complexes, have emerged as promising targets for intervention. This thesis explores the roles of ARID1A, a key subunit of mSWI/SNF, and BAP1, a component of the PR-DUB complex linked to Polycomb regulation, in preserving liver function and their contributions to cancer development. Additionally, a novel bioinformatics tool was developed to advance the analysis of chromatin dynamics. These findings highlight the pivotal role of chromatin-associated factors in liver biology and offer valuable resources and insights to inform future research and therapeutic innovations.

Abstract
These findings highlight the pivotal role of chromatin-associated factors in liver biology and offer valuable resources and insights to inform future research and therapeutic innovations.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
