«IF RESEARCHERS WERE ANGELS...»: SCIENTIFIC COMMUNITY, RESEARCH INTEGRITY AND INTEGRITY AUTHORITIES. NEW CHALLENGES IN COMPARATIVE LAW. This article investigates the concept of research integrity, focusing in particular on its forms of protection. After exploring the definition of research integrity, a comparative analysis of the research integrity authorities established in different countries is proposed, through the lens of the main themes identified in comparative legal literature.
