This contribution is inspired by the reading of a recent work by Andrea Morrone. Firstly, it analyzes the premises, content and arguments of Morrone’s work, highlighting the links with a previous contribution from 2018. Secondly, it takes the opportunity to carry out some considerations on the relationship between law and politics in the context of evolution and interpretation of the Italian constitution.
