Abstract
The second part of K. M. Kahle’s Exposition and Critique of Hegel’s philosophy of right is focused on Morality; that Kahle interprets in a sort of ‘Fichtian’ way, as the development of the will from its instinctual spontaneity, where the will wants something different from itself to self-reflection, where it wants itself. Such a formalistic interpretation loses sight of Hegel’s constant reference to objective freedom. Partly due to his legal education, Kahle’s misunderstandings reveal how cryptic Hegel’s book had become 25 years after its publication.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione
