Qualche considerazione sul limite dell’ordinamento civile, in relazione a discipline legislative regionali aventi ad oggetto l’azione amministrativa, svolta facendo ricorso a moduli privatistici

The constitutional Court, in the judgment n. 132 of 2023 returns to apply the limit of the “Ordinamento civile”. This paper critically analyzes the fundamental argumentative points of the decision and focuses on the problematicity resulting in the extension of the application scope of the limit.
