Abstract

We model and measure the transmission and reflection properties of a new integrated photonic structure consisting of two taiji microresonators coupled with a middle link microresonator. The designed structure exhibits strong unidirectional reflection and allows active control on the transmission spectra for tailorable bandpass filtering.
