Il filosofo del diritto e le discriminazioni digitali

This contribution essentially aims to answer three questions: (i) what is meant by digital discrimination; (ii) what attitude the philosopher of law must adopt towards the consequences, even negative ones, of the use of artificial intelligence; (iii) whether the emergence of artificial intelligence and of the logic of its reasoning impose a rethinking of the very idea of law, experience and legal science.
