In this paper, we will show how the exploitation of natural spoken data can improve learners’ comprehension skills and orient their learning towards the ability to interact appropriately in concrete situations. Using categories of analysis from interactional linguistics, we will begin by illustrating a methodology adapted to the teaching of spoken French for different learning objectives and populations. We will then present a new online platform (Interfare) that will meet the needs of learners in the acquisition of interactional competence in the context of work meetings.
