Una postilla ritmica in volgare dell'alto medioevo

Il saggio presenta l’edizione di un nuovo testo italiano delle origini, attribuibile alla prima metà del sec. X e quindi utile a far luce sulla fase più antica dell’affioramento del volgare nella scrittura. Si tratta di una postilla sarcastica vergata nei margini di un testimone della Regula pastoralis di Gregorio Magno, proveniente dal monastero di San Colombano di Bobbio. L’edizione del testo è preceduta da uno studio del codice ed è accompagnata da una proposta di interpretazione e da un’analisi metrica e linguistica. The essay presents the edition of a new early Italian text, attributable to the first half of the 10th century and thus useful to shed light on the earliest phase of the emergence of the vernacular in writing in the Italo-Romance area. It is a sarcastic postilla inscribed in the margins of a manuscript of Gregory the Great's Regula pastoralis from the monastery of St. Columba in Bobbio. The edition of the text is preceded by a study of the codex and is accompanied by a proposal for interpretation and by a metrical and linguistic analysis.
