Manuscript Clm 27246 contains a short letter addressed to three well known German bishops of the 10th century, Abrahm of Freising, Friderich of Salzburg and Reginald of Eichstaett. The author of the letter, named in the text as Rihkarius or Rihkerius, declares his orthodoxy against the accusations flung at him by some enemies and reviews the major doctrinal heresies of the past. In this article, the author corrects some misreadings of the edition and completes the apparatus of sources. Furthermore, she suggests that this short professio fidei could be the draft of a letter written by Ratherius of Verona, who had documented contacts with all the addresses mentioned by the otherwise unknown Rihkarius.

Abstract
Manuscript Clm 27246 contains a short letter addressed to three well known German bishops of the 10th century, Abrahm of Freising, Friderich of Salzburg and Reginald of Eichstaett. The author of the letter, named in the text as Rihkarius or Rihkerius, declares his orthodoxy against the accusations flung at him by some enemies and reviews the major doctrinal heresies of the past. In this article, the author corrects some misreadings of the edition and completes the apparatus of sources. Furthermore, she suggests that this short professio fidei could be the draft of a letter written by Ratherius of Verona, who had documented contacts with all the addresses mentioned by the otherwise unknown Rihkarius.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione
