This paper provides a brief literature review focusing on technologies and web-based tools. It investigates what resources are available to higher education (HE) teachers to support online professional development (OPD) based on feedback and collaborative reflection, and how programmes of feedback-based reìtive practice can be designed to promote dialogical collaborative thinking.
