I nuovi spazi di lavoro e le esigenze di mobilità urbana

The aim of this contribution is to briefly present the phenomenon of sharing and developing new knowledge in the light of impacts from habits of industrial digital evolution players, with different degrees yet to be defined and object of recent research. Innovation is one of the key factors in changing the dynamics of consumption and production, with the increasing introduction of automation tools and the necessary specialization and repositioning of the workforce. The spaces where this innovation takes place are pivotal in supporting of innovative dynamics in urban areas. Co-working, incubators and informal collaboration spaces represent aggregative and agglomerative spatial areas where knowledge exchanges are taking place, acting as human capital and creativity multipliers. The growing specialization of the younger generations have proliferated within these spaces in urban realities, with significant consequences on habits and mobility needs.
