Abstract
The comparative law was born in Italy as a "revolt" against formalism and against dogmatism. What is left of that spirit? The comparison is a cognitive process. From this we derive some consequences. 1. There are no discipline perimeters; 2. Plurality of methodological approaches; 3. Interdisciplinary; 4. Innovation; 5. More attention to the process than to the discipline in legal education; 6 The comparison must show the dynamics of power and highlight the underlying values of the various options.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
