The paper aims to analyze the effects that the constitutional reform referred to the seventeenth legislature would have determined to the regional system and the special regional autonomies. In particular, it studied the constitutional effects of the reform and the cd. "suspensive"" clause; secondly, it is analyzed the confirm, more formal than substantive, of the italian special regions, as well as the relationship between the special regional autonomy and Constitutional Republican identity. Finally, an analysis is developed concerning the suspensive clause and the statutory review mechanism upon agreement.
