Fare ricerca in e su l’Accademia. Vecchie questioni metodologiche e nuove pratiche di osservazione riflessiva

The present contribution develops a reflection on the binomial precarious resistances/existences in knowledge work, moving from the experience of a group of female postdoctoral researchers involved in a research project focused on gender and precariousness in Academia. The article deals with epistemological and methodological aspects connected with the positioning of the authors, themselves part of their own “object of study”. Using the interview guide proposed to the precarious researchers interviewed within the project, a self-reflective analysis on the dual positioning of the research subjects/objects is presented. In the conclusions, we discuss the possibility of building collective subjectivities in an academic system characterised by a situation of structural precariousness.
