The bridge is part of a Rabbi pedestrian path of travel within the park of the Brenta Dolomites, which is one of the access roads. The route starts at a parking lot across the automotive and Rabbies flowing with its water rushing currents and small waterfalls that descend from the glaciers and reach an old mill that was restored and converted into a museum of rural culture. The functional need - cross the stream to connect the parking- we converted, also in this case, to an opportunity of design research: I have imagined the beginning of the tourist route as a recognizable door that identifies the entrance to the entire park. The project uses the presence of a large boulder, isolated in the meadow on the edge of the stream, in order to align the morphology of the bridge, the second suggestion in the project stems from the asymmetrical shape of the section of the river bank: a gently sloping lawn with mild side of the rock, whereas the opposite shore is characterized by a steep slope. The asymmetry of the two different sets of plans for banks determines the asymmetry of the bridge, on the side of the field splits into two paths: the first steps down with the plane of the deck to reach the nearby car park. The second branch flows with gentler slope and a longer curved path, even for boarding to persons with limited mobility. On the other side the pedestrians and cyclists path, to a higher level, corresponds directly to the plan sets the bridge. The solution tank with orthotropic plate was the most suitable: this solution corresponds well to the structural requirements in consideration of the static scheme planned and torsional stresses, which impact the deck. The design of the bridge in the final project will be done by making sure that all surfaces of the calender are conical or grooved with radii of curvature is not too high. The intention is not to look like the set of overlapping neutral solutions to different landscapes; architecture wants to be a specific expression of the particular morphology of the site for which we design. But, if we reverse the point of view, we can also say that the compliance of the different parts of the project with the variable morphology of the soil is a possible suggestion for new architectural forms.

Abstract
But, if we reverse the point of view, we can also say that the compliance of the different parts of the project with the variable morphology of the soil is a possible suggestion for new architectural forms.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione
