The pervasive role of technology in society is driving a shift in educational priorities, positioning Computer Science (CS) and Computational Thinking (CT) as essential skills. While significant progress has been made in developing tools and methods for CS/CT education, a gap remains in effectively addressing the needs of students with special requirements. This systematic review analyzes interventional studies from 2015 to 2024 focused on CS/CT education for students with special needs in compulsory education. Findings highlight the benefits of Educational Robotics (ER) in promoting engagement, problem-solving, and executive functions. Insights also suggest a positive impact on social-emotional skills, emphasizing the importance of inclusive, technology-mediated learning environments.
