Reflections of the Editors

This part collects reflections of the editors of the book as to the major outcomes of the study. It covers all topics addressed in the book (general aspects, domestic proceedings, recognition of foreign proceedings, concurrent proceedings, overarching issues) and also takes into account the contributions of the (non-EU) authors of the book on regional or national experiences and suggestions. The reflections refrain from direct recommendations, but they certainly show some preferences or suggestions which could be used as as basis for recommendations.
