The chapter addresses the management challenges of tourist flows, including potential negative impacts on residents and resources, emphasizing the importance of long-term strategic planning and stakeholder collaboration. Drawing on diverse international examples and featuring a case study of Mokra Gora, Serbia, a village built on Emir Kusturica's cinematic legacy, the chapter demonstrates how destinations can develop sustainable film tourism offerings.
