In a world marked by systemic crises and shifting social expectations, purpose has emerged as a central organizing principle for businesses. Yet the translation of purpose into actionable strategies remains fragmented, especially across different levels of service ecosystems. This paper proposes a conceptual framework that integrates Needs Theory (NT), Humanistic Management (HM), and Transformative Service Research (TSR) to explore how purpose-driven strategies can be operationalized at the micro (individual), meso (organizational), and macro (societal) levels. Drawing on a narrative literature review and emerging case examples, the framework outlines how human-centered values such as autonomy, dignity, inclusion, and shared value can inform service design, organizational culture, and stakeholder governance. This paper contributes to ongoing debates around sustainable value creation and ethical management by offering a multi-theoretical and multi-level lens to guide future empirical work on purpose-driven service transformation.

Abstract
This paper contributes to ongoing debates around sustainable value creation and ethical management by offering a multi-theoretical and multi-level lens to guide future empirical work on purpose-driven service transformation.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
