This first chapter is meant to define the key concept of the book – response-ability – by framing it through the work of Joan Tronto, Donna Haraway, Vinciane Despret, and Karen Barad. By offering an overview that entwines the contributions of these “founding mothers”, this introduction provides the theoretical framework of the entire book and elaborates on the reasons scholars in organization and management studies should engage with a response-able approach.

Abstract
This first chapter is meant to define the key concept of the book – response-ability – by framing it through the work of Joan Tronto, Donna Haraway, Vinciane Despret, and Karen Barad. By offering an overview that entwines the contributions of these “founding mothers”, this introduction provides the theoretical framework of the entire book and elaborates on the reasons scholars in organization and management studies should engage with a response-able approach.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
