In this study, we use an experimental design to better understand the effects of metacognitionon biases in entrepreneurial decisions. Respondents in the experiment are required to undertake a number of decision tasks. We hypothesize that those who apply a metacognitive checklist in their decision-making process are less biased and make better decisions. This study advances our existing knowledge of metacognition in decision making, and provides new insights in a neglected area of study: debiasing.

Abstract
In this study, we use an experimental design to better understand the effects of metacognitionon biases in entrepreneurial decisions. Respondents in the experiment are required to undertake a number of decision tasks. We hypothesize that those who apply a metacognitive checklist in their decision-making process are less biased and make better decisions. This study advances our existing knowledge of metacognition in decision making, and provides new insights in a neglected area of study: debiasing.File in questo prodotto:
