In this paper we discuss preliminary results of experiments of distributed gene network expansion. As a proof of concept, we use the celebrated PC algorithm together with the novel RBOINC package within R environment, which turns out to be a convenient way of massively parallel numerical experiments conduction. Data parallelism at the distributed computing level, and integrated multicore computations on the host level altogether provide significant speedup for the in-silico causal relationship analysis.

Abstract
