In this work, a synthesis strategy is proposed to design Static Passive Smart Skins that match the desired reflection pattern and can be installed on building facades presenting one or more windows. Thanks to the profitable exploitation of Non-Radiating (NR) currents, the proposed approach enables decoupling the field-matching requirements from the geometrical constraints and addresses them separately. The potentiality of the proposed approach is demonstrated in a simple illustrative example.

Abstract
In this work, a synthesis strategy is proposed to design Static Passive Smart Skins that match the desired reflection pattern and can be installed on building facades presenting one or more windows. Thanks to the profitable exploitation of Non-Radiating (NR) currents, the proposed approach enables decoupling the field-matching requirements from the geometrical constraints and addresses them separately. The potentiality of the proposed approach is demonstrated in a simple illustrative example.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
