The pandemic has accelerated discussion about the socioeconomic and environmental impacts of tourism, equity, workers’ dignity, as well as the long-term climate crisis. The paper discusses the humanistic management perspective as a conceptual basis for change tourism higher education to improve business practice. A paradigm change is needed in business education if we want to experience regenerative tourism that will be resilient and successful for all stakeholders in the face of current challenges. Education cases are discussed to illustrate the new pathways being developed.
