In this article, the author touches on the urgent problems related to the modern construction of quickly erect energy-efficient buildings and structures. In addition, the article presents the new one-element flat construction system of high-speed assembly of full-assembled buildings developed by the author. The developed system has no analogues in modern construction, which adds relevance and novelty to this article. The practical significance lies in the creation of a scientific basis for improving the system of full-scale construction; in the development of methods for quality control and the accuracy of the erection process for the erection of full-assembled buildings that ensure the quality, manufacturability and safety of full-assembled buildings; The results of the research show that the modernization of production in comparison with the new construction increases the productivity per worker by 30–35% or more. The main points of the research can form the basis for further theoretical and practical developments.

Abstract

In this article, the author touches on the urgent problems related to the modern construction of quickly erect energy-efficient buildings and structures.
