Abstract
Law can be considered a technology. The the agri-food lawyer (a jurist who is particularly expert in a domain of legal knowledge) is called to use the tools made available by the law to achieve the objectives identified by the subject (a private citizen, an institution or a public authority) who has asked for his intervention. The problem solving logic is a cognitive process identifying the steps necessary to set up and solve a problem. In the legal arena, this logic involves the following steps: framing the problems and setting the objectives; generating strategies and possible solutions; imagining innovative solutions (creativity of the jurist); choosing the solution. The “agro-alimentarista creativity” is the ability to imagine new legal tools to give answers to old and new problems.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
