In this work the synthesis of sparse wideband linear arrays is addressed. An innovative Compressive Processing (CP)-based methodology is proposed for the minimization of the number of elements, still guaranteeing good pattern performances within a wide bandwidth of frequencies. Finally, a simple numerical example validates the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
