In this paper an Inexact Newton method is applied to solve the electromagnetic inverse scattering problem. Such algorithm is composed by two nested loops: in the outer one the nonlinear scattering equations are linearized and in the inner one the linearized equation is solved by means of a truncated Landweber method. In particular, the tomographic arrangement is considered to reconstruct dielectric targets in noisy environments, by exploiting the regularizing properties of the proposed approach.

Abstract
In this paper an Inexact Newton method is applied to solve the electromagnetic inverse scattering problem. Such algorithm is composed by two nested loops: in the outer one the nonlinear scattering equations are linearized and in the inner one the linearized equation is solved by means of a truncated Landweber method. In particular, the tomographic arrangement is considered to reconstruct dielectric targets in noisy environments, by exploiting the regularizing properties of the proposed approach.File in questo prodotto:
