It is possible to look at Due Process of Law as one of its fundamental principles, basically conceived in relation with judiciary but with legal profession too, whose role in the defense of the Rule of Law should be emphasied. Furthermore, it should be possible to look at judges’ and lawyers’ argumentative method from an unitary perspective, since their argumentative tools in trial seem to be similar.
