In this paper, we present a workflow to build and maintain collaboratively a lexico-semantic resource that is planned to capture the languages of the world at all times. This will happen with the help of people who will collaborate towards the full translation and validation of language elements. We have run a study to analyze the feasibility of the proposed solution and the results look very promising.
