This work publishes 53 annotations and comments to as many judgments of courts of first instance that were not already commented when they were assigned for the task. These annotations and comments deal with several issues of the law of civil liability. They were selected among the works authored by the more than 120 students who attended the course of Civil law (focusing on the Law of civil liability) held at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trento by Umberto Izzo in the academic year 2014/2015, as take home work that students could electively choose in order to integrate and strengthen the evaluation of the final exam of the course.
