The article aims to provide an overview of the principles of constitutionalism that can lead to a human-centered AI. It deals with big data, privacy and consent, profiling, democratic pluralism and equality, providing a few examples of how AI can impact on them. On this basis, the article proposes a list of new ‘human’ rights, understood as the rights that humans are recognized as having, in order to promote a constitution-oriented and human-centered AI.
