Transportation system has become the backbone of our lifestyle, without which, it seems quite impossible to cover large distances. In this digital world, everybody wants all updated information on their gadgets. A semantics aware transportation system from the perspective of a traveler has been developed in this paper, capable of answering general competence queries like nearest bus stop to a certain place, and nearest parking place available. Transportation system of London has been used to show implementation of our methodology in Protégé. The experimental output shows that our methodology is efficient to answer the proposed competence query.
